New Orleans, LA, United States : For shopping, dining or browsing in New orleans, no place beats Magazine Street Shopping. You’ll find 6 miles of antique stores, art galleries, craft shops and super cute boutiques. This place is amazing. There are so many cute and funky shops with the most awesome clothes! Be sure to check out Fluerty Girl for fun tops and Trashy Diva for funky clothes. There’s also an upscale clothing swap boutique. Great places to eat and drink as well.

Take the ferry to Algiers to see Mardi Gras World of New Orleans. The tour gives you a behind the scenes look into New Orleans Mardi Gras. It is unbelievable to see what it takes to put on a parade of this magnitude. This is a must do on your trip, especially if you’ve never been to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We had so much fun and took millions of pictures with the floats and props. They even let you try on some of the costumes!

New Orleans, LA, United States : If you plan to spend the day shopping on Magazine St. (and you should) start your day at Surreys Café and Juice Bar. I highly recommend the crab omelet and the Banana Fosters French toast. This is the best breakfast I had during my trip. I have heard that the lunch is awesome, too. Be prepared to pay cash. No credit cards or checks accepted and there is no ATM nearby.

New Orleans, LA, United States : This is a must do. Ritz Carlton Day Spa is quite possibly the best spa ever. I chose the 70 minute Marie Laveau Voodoo Love Massage and Bath experience and a pedicure. The entire package took about 3 hours and it was worth every penny. My girlfriend got the Eco-Luxe Vitamin C Facial and loved it as well. They stay booked so you must reserve your session as early as possible.

Hotel Le Marais is a chic boutique hotel in the heart of the New Orleans French Quarter. Depending on when you go, it is affordable. However, when hotel prices start to increase this one skyrockets quickly. So, book way ahead. The hotel is clean, quiet and centrally located. The pool is beautiful, the bar is great and the continental breakfast is good. No restaurant on site but there are so many great ones nearby.

New Orleans, LA, United States : Dat Dog New Orleans. Ok so, this place was too interesting to pass by. The atmosphere at Dat Dog NOLA is fun and hip and the menu was unique to say the least. I chose the crawfish sausage dog and it was amazing. My friend is a vegetarian and loved the spicy chipotle veggie dog. She was thrilled that they offered 2 veggie options! The staff was great and the whole experience was a lot of fun. Highly recommend this for something new and different.

The Social Wine Bar supports small artisanal wine makers who are passionate about what they do. The wine cellar is impressive, the décor is beautiful and the staff was so helpful. The food is awesome as well. You cannot go wrong with this place. It is very trendy so make sure to dress appropriately. It was extremely busy but we were able to find a seat.

Top Bar, located on the roof of the La Concha Hotel is Key West’s best kept secret. Mallory Square gets all of the attention at sunset. Skip that massive crowd and head over to Top Bar for the most amazing views of Key West. Top Bar La Concha Hotel is THE best place to watch the sunset. Sip cocktails while you look out at the sun reflecting off the ocean for a few more minutes. But don’t stay too long. The bar closes at 9ish.

Frenchmen Street, New Orleans! This is where the locals go. Three blocks of clubs, restaurants, funky shops and live music at the far end of the French Quarter. Best music, best prices, and best original place left in New Orleans. Great open air art market by local artists on the weekends. Much of the businesses are closed during the day so check it out at night. Be careful, though and don’t wander away from the main drag.

The sign says “Warm Beer Lousy Food Poor Service”, and people are willing to wait hours for a table at Jacques Imos in New Orleans! The food here is amazing and well worth the wait. You can’t find meals like this anywhere else on Earth. Everything we had was wonderful. I recommend it all! Casual atmosphere, casual dress. Don’t bother to make a reservation unless you have a party of 5 or more.

Boots, boots, and more boots at Trail West Boot Store. There are lots of boot stores in Nashville but Trail West Boot Store is one of the best. Quality boot and western wear selection at affordable prices. Skip the cheap “buy 1 get 2 free” store and avoid the “$800 a pair” store. This is the place! Cute cowboy hats too. The staff is great. We tried on entire cowboy outfits just for fun.

Nashville, TN, United States : Nashville, Tennessee: We went to Rumours East Wine Bar because it was voted best wine bar in Nashville. We got mixed reviews about the food so we just went for the wine and cheese. They offer an interesting, unique wine selection. The staff is really nice and helpful. There’s a laid back atmosphere so it is not intimidating at all. Happy hour is from 4-7 for the best drink prices. Great craft beer selection as well, most of which we had never heard of before. Great place.

Branson Landing Riverwalk Missouri is a really nice Riverwalk mall. Cute shops, good food, great atmosphere. We really enjoyed Cantina Laredo for their great staff and amazing guacamole. We also liked walking along the river and enjoying the fountain shows. I’m not sure how big this place is but you could definitely spend an afternoon here shopping and dining.

Ziplining at Branson Ziplines Missouri was so much fun. This was my first time and it was exhilarating! We did the Ozarks Xplorer canopy tour which included 7 ziplines and 10 suspension bridges. It took about 3 hours. I loved zipping through the trees from one platform to another. Will definitely do this again!

We have stayed at Holiday Hills Resort and Golf several times. The condos are very roomy, comfortable and clean. But be forewarned, there are no elevators. Our balcony looked out over the woods and we enjoyed the watching the wildlife. Beautiful 18 hole golf course designed for all level of golfers.

In Branson Missouri, The Acrobats of China Branson MO featuring the Shanghai Circus was an incredible show. We were not prepared for what we saw. This is definitely not your average circus act. I did not know these feats were humanly possible. Mind-blowing performance! Will see them again.

Branson, MO, United States : Big Cedar Lodge has it all: Luxury rooms and cabins, stunning views of the lake, relaxing spas and championship golfing. Everything at this lodge is spectacular and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Located only 10 minutes from Branson you can have the tranquility of the mountains and the nightlife of the city.
