Mission Beach San Diego is close to downtown and is usually pretty busy. Belmont Park is a mini amusement park that's hit-or-miss depending on the day (some days there are a lot of 20 somethings and teens), but we love the rides- I suggest you hit the Giant Dipper (sit in the last seat!). The sun, the boardwalk, surfing, paddle boarding and shirtless guys make for a fun day. Then it's time to hit gaslamp :)
The sign says “Warm Beer Lousy Food Poor Service”, and people are willing to wait hours for a table at Jacques Imos in New Orleans! The food here is amazing and well worth the wait. You can’t find meals like this anywhere else on Earth. Everything we had was wonderful. I recommend it all! Casual atmosphere, casual dress. Don’t bother to make a reservation unless you have a party of 5 or more.
This spa is amazing. We reserved a package here for the bridal party. Amazing! We each received the Essentials Day Spa Boulder "Stress Buster Package" which included a full body massage and aromatherapy hydro tub. We had a lot of fun and felt extremely pampered by the staff. We were all ready to face the big day!
Hot Springs, AR, United States : The Bath Factory is the cutest little bath shop full of handmade soaps and essentials. Located in Downtown Hot Springs, almost everything sold in the store is made right there on site. I met the owner, manager, sales associate, bath soap maker and she is truly passionate about her work. The soaps look beautiful and smell wonderful. It was such a pleasure to buy quality, handmade soaps directly from the soap maker.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : If you can't get enough of the lights and hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, then come walk along Fremont street. Here you will see amazing lights attached to casinos and walk along a street where numerous films have taken place. There was so much to do here that my friends and I ended up staying out the whole night! We hit a few clubs and bars, gambled a bit, and just sat outside people watching.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : The pool at the Flamingo Hotel is one-of-a-kind. You can swim, and swim around real flamingos! And water slides! There is a memorial for Bugsy Segal (the mobster who made Vegas into the gambling, partying, hotspot it has become). If you want something a little more 'adult', head to the GO pool where you can enjoy drinks, a DJ, and party in poolside cabanas. We came here one day and stayed the whole time-swimming and taking drink breaks in between.
We have stayed at Holiday Hills Resort and Golf several times. The condos are very roomy, comfortable and clean. But be forewarned, there are no elevators. Our balcony looked out over the woods and we enjoyed the watching the wildlife. Beautiful 18 hole golf course designed for all level of golfers.
Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas NV, USA : I recently just stayed at this hotel for a friend’s birthday and it was amazing! However, there are renovations being done in the “Habitat” area while the “Spa” area is completed and fabulous so be sure to get a room near the spa! Also, Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel Casino is an amazing fitness center in the spa with a variety of classes like yoga, pilates, zumba and many more! There are many other attractions in this hotel like the habitat where a variety of exotic animals live, and the steakhouse featuring an tasteful array of options. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a full Vegas experience to stay here.
San Diego, California : GasLamp District San Diego is the center of San Diego nightlife. It's between Broadway and Harbor and between 4th and 6th Ave and you'll find a LOT of great bars, live music, restaurants, clubs, lounges and events. For Sushi hit Taka on 5th Ave and then head to Tipsy Crow between F&G streets to dance all night to great music (everything from 90's hip hop to top 40 and even some cool flip tracks). Any given night there will be live music so you might just head in when you hear your flavor. There are several hotels downtown but if you want a cool timeless hotel with old-school charm but new appointments, you'll love the US Grant. And don't forget to hit the beaches to get your tan on!!
Portland, OR, United States : It was crowded and we had a party of 6 and sat in the beautiful patio. Our server/bartender (Collin?) was great. Some of the drinks took a while, but like I said it was busy so that's understandable.
I would typically order a bloody mary (which others in my party said were fabulous), but another drink caught my eye -- That's my Jam (gin, lemon, marmalade, etc.) -- and it was unreal. One of the most refreshing cocktails I have ever tasted at Veritable Quandary. I need to figure out how to recreate it at home.
Another stand out was their french fries with chipotle aioli. Our party went through three orders that came with our food and another whole plate! I had the VQ burger with a veggie patty substitute which was very good, and I appreciate that they had multiple vegetarian options. My sister had the blackened catfish with poached eggs & hollandaise. She said it was the most beautiful and perfectly cooked poached egg that she had ever tasted.
New Orleans, LA, United States : For a place to hear great, live indie music Frenchmen Street is THE place to check out. Sorry, Bourbon St. Extraordinary spot for visitors and locals to party and sway into the night breeze. Lots of bars, but a more mature crowd. There was even a little outdoor market with handmade soaps that smelled incredible. If you want to go inside, the music still plays on; no cover at the bars with live music at every location. This is my kind of party.
Miami Beach, FL, United States : The music and dancing is honestly the best part of Mango Tropical Cafe. You don't come here to sit around or peacefully enjoy a drink in the corner. Mango's break up the night with random performances that range from Michael Jackson dancing to Bachata and Samba. Most nights have a live band playing popular Latin songs that really get people up and dancing. The cover is not as big if you don't get a free pass from your hotel or a promoter (I think it is $10) and the drinks are not as pricey as LIV or Mansion ($12), plus it's more laid back and more of a party atmosphere than a club.
The Abbey, Los Angeles CA, USA : The Abbey is the best gay bar I have ever been to! Also, this club is frequented by the Kardashians so not only is it a great bar, but you might also see some celebrities! The dancers are great though and it’s nearby a lot of other clubs and bars to make it an entire adventure. It’s right off the main strip of clubs in West Hollywood so its really easy to find. My favorite part about this is the outdoor dance and bar area, which you have to walk through to get inside. It’s also a great way to judge how many people are there.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, NV, United States : My friend and I stayed at the Luxor for 3 nights in June, 2014. As we drove up the Valet Parking attendants set the tone for the rest of the stay; they had great attitudes in the 108 degree weather, and let us know if we needed directions anywhere they could help! Then the check-in staff who were so friendly and helpful in choosing our room and acquiescing to our request for a higher floor let us know if we needed anything just call them. The rest of the staff at the Hotel were great as well, including the maid and room service staff. The rest of the stay was great...we saw the Chris Angel Magician Show, and walked through the Titanic and Bodies exhibits both top notch... Luxor Hotel and Casino was exceptional and the service was as good as it gets in Las Vegas. LAX nightclub is in the hotel and was still going when we left at 2am. Great price for the rooms too! Would I stay at the Luxor Las Vegas again, ABSOLUTELY...
House of Blues Anaheim, Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA, United States : • Yes this is a concert hall. Yes you probably want to rather hear about a club or bar. But guess what, this has an amazing bar inside! Also, they always have really great performers, so if a dance artist plays here, it’s an instant club because it’s so packed! They also have food so it is like an all-in-one type of place! House of Blues Anaheim is also located in the Disneyland shops so before you go here, get some shopping in! In my opinion, it’s like a girls paradise because it’s completely unexpected. I know it caught me by surprise and I absolutely love this place.
West Village, Manhattan, NYC : I think I'm in love. Really it was meant to be - this bar combines so many of my favorite things: Hudson Street, good wine, a charmingly quirky staff, a warm atmosphere, brilliantly subtle decor - a stately oval bar, translucent leaf lampshades, wrought iron filigree - good food, it was a match made in heaven. Because Lelabar have such a wide selection of wine, cheese, meat, and small plates, just trust the bartender/chef to pick something out for you.
Get to know the bartenders! Chris, Heather, John, Naveen are all great.
I tried a sharp sheep's milk cheese, tasso ham and wild boar salami- awesome. Mixing it up wine-wise, I had a delicious sparkling rose.
Do yourself a favor and try their fresh, handmade CHOCOLATES. You'll never go back to your friends Ghiradelli or Godiva ever again. I dream about the cashew caramel turtle with sea salt!
Dallas, TX, United States : Partied at Station 4 Danceclub for the first time a few weeks ago for a bachelorette party and had SO much fun. I don't remember the last time I went out and just lived. I mean really lived, partied, danced and laughed without a care in the world. All insecurities just drifted off with the music. It is so hard not to enjoy yourself here. If you want to get out and dance without the hassles of guys, you'll love S4. I've heard that it's one of the top gay clubs in the country and I would believe it- and it's not entirely a gay crowd, it is actually a pretty decent mix.
The place is gigantic! It can be super packed and you won't feel it, which is great. The music is great and the technology of the place is pretty sweet. Parking pretty much blows, but that's Oak Lawn on Fri/Sat. nights. Cover is usually about $6 for 21+ and I want to say $20 for 18+ -This place is really just fun!
We found the Embassy Suites Hotel Louisville to be a great hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfy, and we were pleased with the hotel's amenities (large suites, free hot breakfast, free cocktails, pool). The location is great and is convenient to 3 museums, Churchill Downs and downtown.
The High Roller is the worlds largest observation wheel at 550 feet high. The High Roller has 28 spherical, Italian-handcrafted glass-enclosed cabins that hold 40 people in each and there is a bar so you can take drinks with you. Each cabin comes equipped with eight monitor screens playing video and music shows and you can rent them out for private parties or events.
Cape Cod, MA, United States : Cape Cod Restaurant Week is a celebration of the best fine dining around the area for one price. The seven day celebration boasts of bigger and better each year with a wide selection of restaurants and bars to choose from for your 3 or 4 course meal. Plan for the event, but stay for the local warmth. There is so much to take in from beaches to walking tours. Of course my favorite thing to do is shopping on Commercial Street. Charming boutique type shops line the street and this place seems to always have a huge party going on. Definitely worth every penny spent for good food and great finds. Start planning early for the Fall because hotels book fast.
Park House Bed and Breakfast Greenville SC is such a beautiful place to stay! We spent a long weekend in Greenville and could not have made a better choice. The owner, Jessica, cooks the most amazing breakfasts. The rooms are perfect and the afternoon wine and cheese is icing on the cake. The property is in a perfect spot close to downtown on a historic street and they will make reservations at a nearby spa if you would like.
Tommys tours is not your typical tour company. the price is listed as $35 if you like it, $50 if you don’t! tommy is lots of fun; a really cool guy. this is great way to see celebrity homes and have a blast. the tour lasts about 3 hours taking you through downtown and then out to the homes of country stars. we were really excited and laughed a lot. unbelievable homes, although some where a little strange and some you couldn’t see beyond the massive gates.
Why everyone goes to Nashville! The honky tonkys abound on Honky Tonk Row in downtown Nashville. Bars open at 11 am and bands rotate every four hours. There is no cover so you can bar hop until you find a band you like and follow them down the street every four hours. Honky Tonk Central is definitely the touristy place to go but we loved it. Three stories, three bands and lots of people having a blast.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, NV, United States : Las Vegas, Nevada
I am in love with this hotel =)
The Venetian Palazzo is definitely the BEST that you will get. You cannot beat the size of the suites and the location. Exceptional rooms in size and amenities.
The standard suites are equipped with comfortable beds, clean, upgraded with timeless decor. There are TV's in every room literally, including the bathroom. I appreciated the bathroom suite with a ton of mirrors, vanity area, a TV etc. I had to come here for work and stayed for the week, but if I was to come on a personal trip, you can definitely share a room with friends - the suites are huge!
I would totally recommend using the Canyon Ranch Spa within the Venetian which connects to the Palazzo - solid 5 stars. Review to come.
From the room service, convenience, cleanliness, the list can go on - definite 5 stars.
One last note, this casino actually pays out which is an added plus :
Los Angeles, CA, USA : Supperclub totally chic and awesome club not only is a popular party place, but its also a great place to get dinner; hence the name! Even if you didn’t want dinner and just wanted to club, its still an amazing place and one of my top suggested places to my friends. It is also a good place for large groups of people so do not be afraid to rent out a party bus and come here! There is a discotech app to download to get on the guest list free for entry before 11! This is the best party place out there!
Las Vegas, NV, United States : The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a fun resort. We met some friends and ended up staying at the Hard Rock with them this summer and it was a lot of fun. Great energy and a fun atmosphere, especially at the big center bar, that was a LOT of fun. The pool was crazy busy but fun. We went to Rehab pool party and that was insane! The tickets were really expensive (I think $30 for girls) but we met some guys that paid for us because they were staying at the hotel and I think they get a discount. There's a Pink Taco to grab food (we love this place in LA) and there is a place called Fu Asian that has yummy tapas (we also had Thai Basil lettuce wraps). The only thing I didn't like was the $8 cab fare to get to the strip, but otherwise a fun place!
Salt Lake City, UT, United States : The Stateroom Salt Lake City is a cool concert venue across the street from The Bayou (one of my favorite bars in SLC) and has local bands and also some good name acts (we saw English Beat and Ratt) and has a cool atmosphere. There is a bar and dance floor and the seats are actually church pews that have aligned in a movie theatre-style ascending seating so everyone has a good view. But we just danced so we didn't even sit the whole time.
Pack Light Pack Right Don’t get “bagged” down with a load of clothes you may or may not wear while on vacation. Go for simple pieces that combine for fashionable fun without the weight. Swimming or not, anywhere there’s sun and water pack a bathing suit. Add a sarong and you’re ready for beach nightlife. Forget the cliché’ “little black dress”, you’re on vacation not going to a funeral. A simple dress can easily go from day to night with accessories and shoes. Add bottoms such as: jeans, shorts or capris and a few tops; wardrobe complete.
Boston, MA, United States : The Machine Nightclub in Boston is known as the most popular gay club in Boston. It hosts some really fun themed parties and occasionally has 18+ nights. The Machine sometimes has live dancers and is the go-to after party for all gay pride events in the city. If you just want to dance and not be bothered by guys hitting on you (like we do sometimes), this is a good option.
Scenic Las Vegas Weddings, Las Vegas NV, USA : One of my friends ended up decided to elope in Vegas and they went here to do it. They wanted something that was exceptionally “different” from the typical big event wedding and they got exactly what they are looking for. With the wedding fee they were able to write their own vows and get some amazing photography. The owner of Scenic Las Vegas Weddings, Melissa, is exceptional and nice and went out her way to please the bride and groom. Not to mention she takes incredible photos that the place is famous for. All and all attending a wedding here was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to elope in Vegas. Overall My friends, the newly weds, had a blast and are so glad they did it in true Vegas style.
Wynn Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas NV, USA : By far Wynn Hotel Casino is one of the most incredible in the Las Vegas area. It is exceptionally grand and makes you feel like the true Queen (or King) that you are. The room was perfect and the wait staff/service at this place exceptionally attentive. Everywhere you look there are breathtaking fresh flowers and the casino is not overly crowded which allows you to play at your leisure. This is a perfect combination for winning big at their tables. I know we did! They work hard here to make sure you feel special, there is no better place in Vegas than Wynn!
Skip all the Fury kiosks and go with Sunset Water Sports Sunset Cruise. Their large catamaran has live calypso bands, 2 full bars, a dance floor and great seats to watch the sunset. The cruise we went on had more of a party crowd on board. The vibe was energetic, the bartender was great and the calypso band was a lot of fun. Oh, and the sunset was beautiful. We heard great things about the dinner cruise as well.
- i feel like every time i leave you a comment it's aalyws the same .because your work is consistently UH-MAZING! simply gorgeous. gorgeous girl, gorgeous lighting, gorgeous location. so in love with your style, mariola!
A girlfriend booked this Mint Julep Tours as part of a Bachelorette Party. We had a great time and toured Woodford Reserve, Four Roses and Buffalo trace. Our guide was awesome and the tastings were lots of fun. You can do the Bourbon Trail without a tour company but it was nice to have a driver!
Margaritaville, Las Vegas NV, USA : I went here last year for Cinco De Mayo and I have got to say, it was an absolute blast. Margaritaville is a must if you are in Vegas wanting great drinks and a good time. When I arrived at Margaritaville I didn’t realize what a big deal it was but now that I have been I can see why. Our bartender, Billy, was able to bring out the party in all of us girls. It is an awesome atmosphere, and everyone hanging out here were obviously having a good time too. The bartender, Billy, recommended we have FYRCHOS ,which was a great experience in and of itself. Overall, it was great, they were able to accommodate my large party without a problem and the vibe in there was just what we were looking for. Don’t go to Vegas without coming here!
Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV, United States : Las Vegas Strip, Nevada- Celine Dion at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace is one of the best performers of her generation and is incomparable to any other show in Las Vegas. This show is a must-see when you come into town. Tickets are a bit pricey but there really is no bad seat within the venue. Even though it is total entertainment and there is dancing, choreography and the works, your eyes are fixated on this super star the entire time. I highly recommend this to anyone who knows what good music is. It is an absolute must-see! Everything from the set, to the costume changes to the barely any intermission, makes it the complete Celine Dion experience!
Newport Beach, CA, United States : Rusty Pelican Newport Beach is a MUST stop when coming on a girls trip! It is right on the water, has delicious food, great drinks and bar, dancing some nights, and a great crowd (mostly 25-45) and always great energy! Everybody knows the Rusty Pelican (brunch here is very popular also) and people dock their boats and sit on the patio with a bloody mary and view of the bay.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : I was DYING to see these guys after I watched them on ABDC a few years back. I didn't even know they were playing in Vegas when we went but once I found out we got tickets right away! If you love entertainment, you must see Jabbawockeez guys. They have awesome dance moves and unbelievable stage personalities. Me and my friends had an awesome time and the crowd was really into it, too.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : I've been to Touch of Las Vegas day spa a couple of times and I recommend it if you don't have the time or money to spend at Qua (the BEST spa ever!) come here and you get a facial, mani/pedi, brazilian or even ear candling which was new to me but was a nice experience
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, NV, United States : SO much fun! Club XS in Las Vegas is packed and the music is pumping and you can dance all night and keep going. It's expensive for drinks so bring your credit or meet a hottie to take you like we did (you can "grease" the bouncer to let you skip the line). The pool has an area to take your shoes off and dance in the water!! We didn't see any celebs but we hear there are always celebs there like the girl from the Bachelor or Paris Hilton or whoever. Dress up and dance!!
Las Vegas, NV, United States : The Bars at the Harrahs Hotel has an awesome collection of bars outside. Not only are the drinks cheap (on Vegas standards), the bartenders are full of 'flair', and will make sure you have an absolutley awesome time. When we went our bartenders were dancing with everyone and giving some shots on the house to the brave people who weren't afraid to show their moves to everyone at the bar!
Colorado Wilderness Rides and Guides offers several biking and adventure tours. My girlfriends and I tried the 3.5 hour rock climbing for beginner’s trip in Boulder. It was very exciting! None of us have ever done such a thing. The instructors were very helpful and patient. We really enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again. They also offer rafting, fishing and hiking/backpacking.
We love Joe and Sarah! We invited them to our wddnieg because it's been so delightful to work with them. I can't believe the amazing amount of progress they made with John and I. I second the shout-out to OC Wedding Dance. They are such sweet people.
3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV, United States : Las Vegas Strip, Nevada- I went to this with my boyfriend and two other girlfriends. At Marquee at the Cosmopolitan guys have to pay but us girls get in free. It just sucks because; you have to split up your party to get in if you have a guy with you. It was no problem though meeting up and find each other inside! Thank goodness for cell phones! We also got one free drink without tickets and it was not even that strong. Like do they water down the liquor here? Anyway, the dance floor was somewhat small and exceptionally crowded. Overall, the music had a good vibe, I danced the night away with my boyfriend and girlfriends, and ended up not getting too wasted because of the price and quality of the drinks, which was a good thing. I actually cannot believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to go back again!
O’ briens Irish Pub, Santa Monica CA, USA : • Such a great place to come with friends because it’s on the street with a lot of bars so before or after this, go to all the other bars right next to it! I personally love O Briens Irish Pub the best because everyone goes there to really drink! Who else knows how to drink better than the Irish?! It also has a great happy hour and such a wide selection of imported beers and alcohols. Also, there’s a place for dancing inside and lots of tables for birthdays and large groups. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, NV, United States : Las Vegas Strip, Nevada- Treasure Island Hotel Casino used to be all about the kids with the big Pirate Show and kid-friendly toys. But now, it's grown up a bit and the resort has been remade to be more for adults. It fits into the strip much better now and plays to its audience, adults who want to have fun in an adult town. Inside is Mexico-favorite Senior Frogs and Kahunaville Party Bar, and Mystere is a world-class cirque du soleil show!
So much fun! There’s a live band every night and the dance floor is packed when the cruise ships are in port. You’re likely to see bachelor and bachelorette parties, toga parties and even a guy in a banana suit on the dance floor of Sloppy Joes. Be sure to skip the food, it’s not worth it and you’ll probably have to wait a while at the bar for a drink. But the staff is great and the atmosphere is energetic! You can go to their website and check out the live web cam.
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, NV, USA : Il Mulino New York in Caesars Palace Forum Shops has got to be one of my favorite fine dining places in Las Vegas. Il Mulino really can roll out the red carpet and make you feel like a complete celebrity. Not only do they have great service but, the food itself is to absolutely die for. Last visit, we shared ravioli and lasagna followed by dessert. They also have quite the extensive Italian wine list. It was impressive and I am sort of a wine snob, so I know how important great wine can be. I was very pleased with their selection of wines. All in all I always recommend Il Mulino because it is just so fantastic.
Newport Beach, CA, United States : Newport Beach has some of the best beaches in the world and the beaches are wide, which means you never feel too crowded, like on most beaches in the summertime. Go to the peninsula (which they call the "warzone" in the summertime because it gets so crazy and wild) and the first pier, Newport Pier, gets the wildest. They call it the "warzone" for a reason. But if you keep going down the peninsula to the Balboa Pier (about one mile further down the peninsula) it is still busy in the summer, but not nearly as wild and crowded. The beaches are all amazing and you can walk to the bay on the other side. Early mornings you'll see dolphins right by the shore, you can get Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP's) or get a canoe or surf or rent a duffy boat and cruise to music. There is Amazing shopping at Fashion Isdland and there are tons of great restaurants and bars right on the peninsula and you don't drive anywhere, you walk or ride bikes on the boardwalk. It is the PERFECT place for a Girls Trip!
Branson, MO, United States : Big Cedar Lodge has it all: Luxury rooms and cabins, stunning views of the lake, relaxing spas and championship golfing. Everything at this lodge is spectacular and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Located only 10 minutes from Branson you can have the tranquility of the mountains and the nightlife of the city.
Located in the old railway station, the Chophouse Denver is THE hot spot. There is a cool bar, a great crowd (with lots of hot guys) and the food is so good! And its in LoDo (lower downtown) so it's close to hotels, stadiums and other bars, etc. I love the Lobster Club and the steaks of course but you HAVE to try the chicken tenderloins- YUM YUM
Las Vegas, NV, United States : Las Vegas is known for its desert heat, and if you and your girls want to cool off and you aren't staying at a hotel with a great pool, or is you just like water parks, head to Wet N Wild Waterpark. They have awesome rides, including 'Bomb Bay' where a platform opens up underneath you and you plunge straight down. We went on a Tueday afternoon because we were meeting some guys, and it was way more fun than any of us though it would be. Why should the kids have all the fun. When in Vegas you can be a kid again and nobody knows :)
House of Blues Anaheim, Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA, United States : • House of Blues Anaheim is a concert hall. Yes you probably want to rather hear about a club or bar. But guess what, this has an amazing bar inside! Also, they always have really great performers, so if a dance artist plays here, it’s an instant club because it’s so packed! They also have food so it is like an all-in-one type of place! This is also located in the Disneyland shops so before you go here, get some shopping in! In my opinion, it’s like a girls paradise because it’s completely unexpected. I know it caught me by surprise and I absolutely love this place.
We loved Courtyard By Marriott Downtown Nashville. It’s in the prefect location. Close to everything and right across from Printer’s Alley. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel day and night. You never have to get in your car. There are great restaurants, cafes and honky tonks within walking distance. They have a bistro that serves breakfast and Starbucks coffee. Make sure you budget for parking. The hotel charges $20 per day.
Hawley, PA, United States : Woodloch Pines Resort is an experience waiting to happen. The grounds are well manicured in case you want grass between your toes. Staff is friendly and charismatic; very detailed with providing quality service. There is so much to do: art classes, food and wine classes, drum circle, horse riding and themed performances; you name it you can do it. The staff will go far and beyond to cater to whatever your desire may be. Food is beyond excellent and in abundance. By the time you go home you'll need a vacation from the vacation. This was a great place for our family reunion; the package price was very yielding for our budget.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : My friends and I absolutley love B Sweet Candy Boutique and can't resist a craving when it comes. That's why this place was perfect. They have every possible candy to try, but it still isn't your ordinary candy store. You can even schedule a candy buffet, which we totally would have done if we knew before we went. You can have a 'candy' party and choose what candies you want everyone to try and eat for your special occasion, or just for fun! Don't miss out-GO!
Las Vegas Roller Coaster, Las Vegas NV, USA : I feel like this attraction is necessary for any trill seekers out there like me. I know it was like the cherry on top of my trip. The Las Vegas Roller Coaster itself can be a huge wait but the ride is well worth it. Not only is it exhilarating the things you see as you pass by are indescribable. It is like you are transported to a very unique vantage point of Las Vegas that can only be obtained when you ride the roller coaster! Do not leave Vegas without trying this thing out. It is the absolute best thing to hit Vegas.
Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas NV, USA : The great thing about Las Vegas is one minute it is as if you are NYC and then another minute you are in France, specifically in Paris at the Eiffel Tower. Paris in Vegas is incredible. It is just like the real thing only better because, you can win tons of money in their elaborate Paris Las Vegas Hotel Casino. The casino was amazing and I was thrilled because I won $300 at the Roulette table there. It was a great! I highly recommend Paris in Las Vegas to anyone who wants to win big because this place is so lucky. I win here every time I go!
Quapaw Bath House is located on Bathhouse Row on the main drag in Downtown Hot Springs. It is open to the public and you do not need an appointment if you are just entering the bath. There are 4 pools of varying degrees. You are supposed to begin in the top pool, which is the coolest and slowly work your way down to the warmer pools. The warmest bath was too hot for us so we stayed in the middle bath. It was a very relaxing experience.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : Hecho en Vegas at the MGM hotel in Las Vegas is awesome Mexican food and margaritas. Hecho has the best taquitos and table-side guacamole anywhere in Vegas! If you are staying at the MGM it's right as you are walking to the pool. If you aren't staying at the MGM just follow the signs like you going to the pool and you'll see it.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : Las Vegas offers many Ladies Only Party Bus for special occasions. We were here for my friend's bacholerette party and chose a bus that provided acces to the Encore night club. The bus had everything from TV's to music and awesome lights! It was an awesome way to spend the night out celebrating
Las Vegas, NV, United States : Flamingo Hotel and Casino is one of the most recognizable hotels in the world, you can't miss the big, beautiful pink neon Flamingo sign. It's been remodeled since we were here last, and the pool is even better than it was (and it was already one of the best). The pool is so lush and green and they have a DJ now if you want to do the pool dance-club thing. Donnie and Marie were performing (I loved the show!!!) and they have an adult revue which I didn't see. I did not check out the spa but I heard from some girls at the pool that it is nice. Right in the middle of the strip in Vegas and Margaritaville for drinks- YES please!
Las Vegas, NV, United States : If you and your friends love thrills, then check out the Roller coaster at New York, New York hotel. Not only will this place make you feel like you are actually in the Big Apple, it has something New York doesn't have-a giant rollercoaster running through its buildings. If you go a little bit later in the day it's not quite as crowded. After the ride you can head to Coyote Ugly (in New York hotel) and dance.
Miami Beach, FL, United States : Mansion Nightclub Miami is a huge nightclub and has great performers and a badass sound system. They've got Lyra, this cube thing hanging from the ceiling, and the costumes were OUTSTANDING. If you're a girl don't pay to get in. There are plenty of promoters on the street that will give you a wristband. Also, don't come with guys- They will wait in line. And they always let the best-dressed in first. If you don't dress up you'll wait in line no matter how hot you think you look. And the line gets LOOONG....
Ladies, walk right up to the VIP section and hope that you're up to their standards to get in. Much more space in the VIP section and you can dance on the platforms for even more room and rest your feet on the seats if you need to.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : Tao Nightclub Las Vegas is in the Venetian hotel/casino. Get Bottle service with promoter, not Tao staff. We booked with Tao directly and I had to negotiate down to $1,100+ service= $1,400 for 2 bottles of Grey Goose (for 14 girls). Then, we ran into a promoter in Vegas who instead got us a $450 bottle with 1 free bottle, totaling $700 after service. The area where our table was located (upper level) had this great elevated space at the back of the booth where we danced all night. Bottle service gets you a table and the bottles and mixers. We figured it was worth it because if we were all ordering $18 drinks we'd spend that much anyway and this way we get the table (Much Better with a table!)
-Very loud DJ, your ears will ring the next day
-AMAZING special effects from lasers to confetti to this bubble/foam sprinkling down, to mostly naked Asian models bathing in rose petal tubs..
-Throughout the night there were a few DJ's spinning house music
-The dance floor is extremely packed
Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas NV, USA : Monte Carlo Hotel Casino is seriously one of the best hotels in Las Vegas on the strip and the best deal you can probably get! It is absolutely gorgeous at every turn with the best spa facilities on the strip. Every thing about this hotel is beautiful, from the casino, to the rooms, and the restaurants; even the public restrooms are gorgeous! Since it is on the strip, you have easy access to all the nearby hotels and attractions. With its gorgeous spas, awesome casino, amazing room and great restaurants and ease of access to other nearby attractions, It is a no brainer to check out the Monte Carlo. You have got to do it now!
The Robertson, West Hollywood CA, USA : The Robertson is one of the coolest multi-level, multi-room club in West Hollywood that I’ve been to! The tables for bottle service are right outside in the patio when you walk in and the main dance floor is right upstairs. Behind that is the second dance floor that has a much more intimate setting with more tables for bottle service. Underneath the main floor is the third and final dance floor which is my favorite because not only is there couches and a bar, its also glow in the dark with cool art that also glows! I really love this place
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, NV, United States : Abercrombie & Fitch, Apple, Sephora, New York & Company, A|X Armani Exchange, Cache, H&M and many more. Town Square Shopping in Las Vegas is an outdoor mall atmosphere and there are a lot of restaurants including the Yard House, which is always good.
Kobe fillet kabob with wasabi is to DIE FOR! At Raku Restaurant Las Vegas there are so many yummy dishes you wont know which to get but you can do their tasting menu for $75. Everybody loved the foie gras but I'm not a fan if you like tofu you'll be in heaven they serve it chilled or not and its so yummy. The location is not the best, but once your inside you wont even notice or care
Las Vegas, NV, United States : Rehab Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas is the part at a pool. Don't plan on swimming because the whole pool is full of people standing and drinking and dancing. There are always famous DJ's and celebs that stop by and the music is loud and pumping non-stop! Get a large drink cup because it is so busy getting a drink takes forever. It is expensive so if you can meet one of the promoters (you'll see them hanging around giving tickets to girls) that will save you serious money. We met some really cool guys that got us in. If you want to party at the pool Rehab has got it!
Salt Lake City, UT, United States : Salt Lake City, Utah- The Bayou Salt Lake City is a really cool restaurant / bar with over 300 beers and great Cajun inspired food. The Fish and Chips are halibut and are awesome. And you get fries either regular or sweet potato or a platter of both and the fries are excellent and come with this awesome fry-sauce (it's a Utah thing). There is a small patio they open when it's warm and the bar is located on State St and about 6th S so it's right downtown. Across the street is The State Room, which is a concert venue with small acts but some cool ones (we saw English Beat). The Bayou has a really atmosphere and Thu-Sat there is live music and they always have great bands. I highly recommend The Bayou
Dallas, TX, United States : The Galleria has an ice rink in the middle that reminds me so much of Rockefeller Plaza & the famous shops on 5th Avenue. It also hosts a giant Christmas tree like Rockefeller plaza does at Christmas time.
The Galleria Dallas Shopping becomes a gorgeous, festive inside shopping megamall during the holidays that you will certainly want to experience and be a part of, as well as any time of year!
The architecture of this place is stunning with the ice skaters, playfully, cheerfully, dancing round on the ice visible from the entrance of every shop on every level as it is its center. As indulgent as it is, it's also connected to the Westin Hotel & superb Oceanaire restaurant! This entrance also has valet parking. I can always find parking in the garage near Nordstrom's, and it is a great place to pass time. Some of the stores I love are Lush, Pottery Barn, Sephora, Nine West, Teavana, and the mini MAC cosmetics, which is part of Macy's.
Newport Beach, CA, United States : I love everything about this place... the vibe, loud music, pool table, monstrous nachos, and of course, their amazing HAPPY HOUR specials!
Cabo Cantina Newport Beach has the best happy hour. 2 for 1 drinks from 4-8pm, and late nights. Double the drinks, double the fun!! Yup, that means two coronas, two jacks with coke, or two margaritas with a double shot!
Actually, one thing I don't like is the restroom, but there are the beach restrooms (which are actually clean in Newport) right on the beach in front.
When you want to snack on something, get the nachos or quesadilla to share! It is located right on the boardwalk (at the Baloa Pier) so you can walk from the beach. There are sports playing on the tv's, which I can take or leave, but they have dancing at night and the windows are open to the beach outside. Tip: just down the boardwalk past the pier parking lot are a bunch of fire pits and on summer nights there are often bonfires with partys and you can meet the local surfer guys :
Faneuil Hall Shops Boston is set of shops built on the original cobblestone streets of the city and is worth a look for the atmosphere alone. I really don’t like winter, but one look at the Faneuil Hall Christmas decorations and I completely forget about the cold. And in the summer months some the city’s coolest street performers gather here to show off. You’ll see everything from living statues to aerobatic dance crews. Also, the variety of shops is quite satisfying-most of the more popular chain stores such as American Eagle and Victoria’s Secret can be found here.
Salt Lake City, UT, United States : Such a beautiful hotel in downtown Salt Lake. The owner, Earl Holding, was the owner of Sinclair Oil and when the Olympics were coming to Salt Lake he wanted Salt Lake to have a world-class 5 star hotel so he built the Grand America Hotel Salt Lake City and it is exceptional. The bar is cool with wood and masculine appointments and typically will have someone playing piano on weekend nights. There is so much crystal in this hotel it is incredible. Even the restrooms are beautiful. The rooms are are high quality and feature luxury appointments and very comfy beds. The robes are the softest you'll ever feel and the spa is awesome. It's only 30 minutes from Park City and surrounded by shopping and restaurants.
Las Vegas, NV, United States : This VIP Club Crawl was awesome. For around $80, me and my friends were taken in a party bus to at least three clubs (Can't really remember), where we could get on, get off, and all our cover charges were pre-paid. We didn't have to wait in any lines either. We got some drink deals when we started and all the clubs they took us too were awesome! You have to do it-and you can do it more than once too on your visit because apparently they change the club line up every night-so you'll never go to the same places.
New York, NY, United States : Jean Georges New York City is probably the best place I have been. Everything here was worth every penny. The services and presentation was highly appreciable.
The white themed rooms revealed natural light elegantly, and the chandelier in the main dining room was awesome. The service came out to be likewise beautiful. The waiter serves food, remove plates, and set apparatus all in harmony, which makes the whole meal feel like an elaborate dance.
I loved the food it was fabulous. I ordered from the taste of spring menu. There were three fantastic tasting and superbly presented courses, with four wonderful surprise courses from amuses to petite fours. Their advice as to which courses was lighter fare and which were heavier was helpful so that I could better gauge what I wanted to order. The courses themselves were stunning in both taste and presentation. The tuna appetizer was a highlight. Loved the dining experience.
Empire, MI, United States : Cottonwood Inn Mi is a charming retreat in the beautiful town of Holland, MI. We loved our stay here. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast was amazing!. It's the perfect place to relax, I feel so recharged. Holland offers plenty to do. We spent two days on the beach and enjoyed a day of shopping and didn't have enough time to stop at all the shops! The downtown is true Norman Rockwell-esque with lots of shops, boutiques, and eateries. We'd love to return to Cottonwood Inn again.
Of all the pools I have been to in Vegas and Ive been to most of them this one at the MGM Pool in Las Vegas is seriously the best! There is not just one pool but several and each is different and has different people and music. Not even mentioning Wet Republic but thats more of a dance club at a pool. The winding river goes all the way around the pool area. The whole pool is huge! I think I saw three areas to get drinks or food and the waitresses come around so you can even order while you are in the water!
Leavenworth, WA, United States : Innsbrucker Inn is more than a bed & breakfast, it's more like a supersized bookstore for a slumber party in the middle of a Bavarian village. Each room is decorated with a special literary theme like the Shakespeare Suite, Wine Suite and Chocolate Suite; Charlie and the Chocolate Factory ring a bell. Rooms are stocked with books, but there is a television available in each room. The rooms are clean and include a coffee machine with supplies. The Chocolate Suite has a kitchenette and private bathroom with a shower and tub. The walls are decorated with phrases and characters from the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory accompanied by the book.
